Paralyzed by fear

I don’t really normally get scared of anything but I have got paralyzed. I remember not so long ago I got paralyzed because I had a flashback. The reason I had a flashback was because a person did something that reminded me of my mom. I remember standing there just scared I couldn’t move. I have the greatest fear for my mom and seeing that person do that scared me. This is the only time that I felt that way as if my feet were stuck on the floor and I couldn’t move. Like 5 minutes later I sat down and started crying. It was a scary thing for me to experience.
